Who are we?
Opportunity For All Youth supports a group of employers who want to make it easier for young people to get jobs and build up their work experience.
We understand that getting a job can be difficult, especially for youth in Canada who are not currently in employment, education, or training (“NEET youth”). That is why Opportunity For All Youth works directly with community organizations and employment service providers in cities across Canada to broker relationships with our coalition employers, and connect young talent directly with available jobs.
NEET youth are a largely untapped pool of potential workers that businesses can and want to hire. By bringing together all stakeholders, O4AY can leverage the expertise of each of our partners, identify innovative solutions, and address systemic barriers to youth employment.

The O4AY team and coalition are doing our part to help flatten the curve of Covid-19 transmission. Aligning with directives from public health officials, all spring multi-employer hiring events, and face to face workshop activities have been cancelled.
We are working closely with employers, partners, and candidates across the country to meet evolving hiring needs and to convene stakeholders while respecting restrictions and policies. We’re also taking advantage of this time to strategize new ways of working with our coalition and serving youth looking for work.
