How do you describe what your company does to a new or potential employee?

Barista receive 4 weeks of online and on the job training with a dedicated trainer and great team to help them learn the skills to be a successful Baristas. We have comprehensive training plans with weekly check points. We have a “First Sip” with each hire to introduce them to culture of Starbucks and help them begin their journey.

Benefits and Opportunities 

What types of benefits would be available for the positions for which you are presently recruiting?

Your eligibility begins after you are paid at least 160 hours in two consecutive calendar months. Tuition reimbursement, Medical, Dental, and Vision for part-time 

employees (20hrs. week minimum). Discounts with local and national retailers (cell phones, gym memberships, entertainment tickets, hotels, etc.). Discounts on food, beverages, and merchandise. 

What might a career path look like at your company? Is there opportunity to grow?

There are multiple ways to develop your career at Starbucks within our stores and our corporate side. There is no single path, we also have many partners who leave to embark on a different path and then return!
