We have many, many people that exemplify our promotion from within strategy. Most of our executive team and Account Managers all started their careers in the field as a Security Officer. Most job sites have a supervisory structure that provides cross-training and succession planning, and our internal management training programs help field officers take the next step. Additionally, we also support career paths that lead out of Paladin Security, as we recognize that many people in the security industry are working to gain experience for a career in law enforcement.
